NurFACE
Dark Knight James Gordon Jr.: Why's he running, Dad? Lt. James Gordon: Because we have to chase him. James Gordon Jr.: He didn't do anything wrong. Lt. James Gordon: Because he's the hero Gotham deserves, but not the one it needs right now. So we'll hunt him because he can take it. Because he's not our hero. He's a silent guardian, a watchful protector. A dark knight.

kleaneasy
Bank Job That was a good film, definately worth a watch for anyone who didnt see it. Someone mentioned Hancock, I was a little dissapointed with it. It was an enjoyable film to watch but just didnt seem to be quite enough particularly in comparison to other films out this year IMO
Rocky
Yeh Hancock fell a little short.
viiiper
Dark Knight is an easy answer as it was the biggest grossing box office movie of 08 As a personal one, Dark Knight is in my top ten but I always edge against the flow, so for top TEN: In no particular order....... The Dark Knight Iron Man Get Smart What Happens in Vegas Righteous kill The Duchess The Mummy Tomb of the Dragon Emperor Babaylon AD Kung Fu PAnda Wall.e

WhiteKnight77
As I only went to one first run movie all year, I have to say Wall-E was the best of the year.

xG5kdo
I'd have to say Dark Knight, followed closely by Wall-E. I don't know...none of the other movies impressed me as much. I haven't seen Punisher though.
Snake@War
Was WALL-E really that good? I know my sister and mom went to go see it, and neither of them liked it, but we do have different movie tastes. To quote my mom: "We couldn't get out of that movie theater fast enough."
