We spend countless hours sacrificing company resources and time to keep abreast of the latest news regarding our favorite video game (or the bastardization thereof ... sorry, couldn’t help it). Now it’s your turn to take a crack at remaking the very banner we hold so dear ... the GR.net banner!!

Entrants must submit just one banner meant to encapsulate the essence of badass that is Ghost Recon and the community of GR.net. Do not create link buttons. The banner must meet exactly the size parameters below and must be linked by thumbnail with a maximum width of 500 px. Banners may be a static image, animated GIF, or Flash-based. Flash-based entrants must send the zipped *swf file via email (secretagentrob@hotmail.com) to verify the maximum file size of 75 kb. And since this topic was officially announced in a prior thread, the official start date will be January 22 ... meaning your speed score is basically useless. Muahahaha!!!

Welcome to GDC VIII ... bring it!!

Theme: GR.net Banner

Classification: Banner Redesign

Style: Static Image or Animation

Size Parameters: exactly 741 px wide x 150 px high; 75 kb maximum

Last Date of Submission: March 1, 2006; 12.00 am GMT

Minimum Point Hurdle: 45

ENTRIES FOR THIS GDC ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. IN NO WAY WILL THE WINNING ENTRY BE GUARANTEED USE OF THE BANNER ON THE GR.NET WEBSITE.

I might re-enter later since i lost the PSD of it

unless you ment one only! and you cant update your entry later

As always, you can update your entry as many times as you want - the latest date for the entry will be used to calculate the speed score ... but in this case, that won't matter.
