I used to be able to. I'm gonna blame my brother for it, as I've done nothing to PS but use it, and he's the only other one that uses it. Now I might just be a little ignorant, but I've not been to any other forum/site that will freely make sigs for people at a drop of a hat like they do here. I get dissipointed when i cant get my sig below 20k. hmm strange, when i increase the amount of colors in the .gif file to 128 the quality seems the same, to me at least.
