IMO a sensible post... Also, anyone serious about history/military reportings/researches will know full-well that USA (among other countries) has had plans in place for years to attack/disrupt either Iran or Iraq if opportunity presented & the risk could be mediated by the potential for success; specifically, having those two countries at odds w/each other has been considered by many to be in the best interests of oil-consuming North Americans. Iraq's infrastructure is in a worse mess today than when the USA attacked Iraq; Iraq continues to teeter on the brink of a civil war; @1 USA soldier has died each day this war has gone on; @100 Iraqi civilians have died each day this war has gone on, & thousands & thousands have become displaced persons; no weapons of mass destruction have been found; no association with Sept 11 attack has been proven; oil continues to be a key target/interest; the average Iraqi's life is more difficult today rather than less difficult. How this "war" on terrorism has assisted "world peace," I'm sure I & many of my professional colleagues cannot say. IMO I agree w/audiolab that the difference between a dictatorship run via intra-state terror tactics & terrorism tactics aimed at inter-state targets is far more than one of semantics. Moreover, it seems we're wise to recognize that our NA medias are in the business of spin. From Vietnam we learned how upsetting things can get if/when the free-world media is not "controlled" to adequately represent state interests! And yes, I do have relatives/friends fighting "over there," though as Canadians they are presently in Afghanistan: another mess! I went a bit as OP Thread Title = "Saddam Guilty: Death By Hanging."

Yah, we could have been more clear in the ReadMe. Correct: you must begin a new game/reselect teammates, etc; and Correct: it sucks!

If you miss the driver & your target is not captured, i.e., he dies or escapes, this = Obj Failed = Mission Failed. Also, in the ReadMe we explain the dangers of using Quick Load or Saved Games before Obj#1 & Obj#2 are successfully completed. Thanks thales & right, it is fine but also rather annoying. Spot on, Tinker: aka "dodgy GR helos" !

Am I as I thought we can set up our own PC as LAN/server & thus play GRAW FF & Recon without others; sure it's not 'real' SP as online capability is necessary, but isn't it possible to do? @1/2 year now & still no news about GRAW editor or SDK tools, I guess? say what? So, does this really helpful comment mean (a) yes you can; or (b) no you cannot; sorry, I did not realize my post involved such an apparently complicated proposition.

100% agree with your support for Tinker but don't think your last comment is very fair at all... Lots of great community spirit/support comes from SP folks & also from modders, many of whom don't even much play the game any more--so involved are they with modding it.

I know I'm ( ) but that Scabb Island is an awesome mod IMO...

Worse: on-the-road & drunken parties aboard fishing boats & so on (IMO) with laptop being put through a rather difficult time, no doubt!

Holy crap, Mig, those screen shots ^^ are terrific: the guys look simply excellent, the weps very sweet, & the map looks ever so nicely done!

@Budgie, your ACU Mod is just excellent: all soldiers look much much better, esp the specialists IMO, & you've even redone the Peacekeepers!

Any news? Is there an expected release date for this new mission?
