Not sure if Oxygen is all that is needed for Arma series but if I ever modeled something I'd never get past the configs to get it in game. In your Z Brush video he mentions this CDW tutorial about painting in Photoshop. Watched this today. Top Gun theme with a couple surprises towards the end.
