think you just nailed it there Brainman. That would explain its position too. Like it doesn’t belong in any particular spot in the HUD but is moving accordingly to where the way point is.

hmm, dunno. im not too sure. on an other screenie you can see a top-down view with the "planning-map". i noticed, that waypoints have triangular symbols. so, when the numers on the above screenshot would be a range to the next waypoint, why its not inside a triangular frame, so you can easily connect to the symbol from the map?

are you talking about the green triangular shapes on the ground?

if so, they are the view direction of each team mates (3) and the blue one is you (the player) for a total of 4

now, since you bring up this screenie…what the heck is the blue round shape with the thick border??

i meant the symbol on the bottom of the screenie, right next to the top-down-view. there is a yellow triangle named "waypoint".

and if the distance-marker showing the distance to the next waypoint, why isn't it yellow and with a triangle?

Its a power up, you run over it to boost ya Ghosts Inteligence rating.There are Blue ones to boost reflexs, Yellow ones Boost ya health.

Could be location of soldier with AT AT/ AP Rocket Launcher or location of ADATS

Air Defence/Anti-Tank Missile System within the game.

Or just simple WP on map.

good answer! but isnt it more likely, that these are health-packs and the number indicates the amount of health you can gain?! but where are the armor-power-ups??
