I go to the fourth mission select my guys and then it crashes and boots me out. Any help would be appreciated. The one you want is just Ike.log it's much more human readable and will usually indicate what caused the game to crash -- typically a missing file or the like. Not much help methinks. Just to be sure, This is the ike.log you copied immediately afterIron Shield mission 4 crashed to desktop? d/ling Iron Shield now to see if I have the same problem. I did not see a problem with mission 4, but I just launched it as a quick mission, and did not bother playing the campaign through to it, but I would be very surprised if that was the issue. shorty Posted December 23, 2009 Share Posted December 23, 2009 (edited) I have just installed Iron Shield by Sixpence but I am stuck in the first mission. Beach and beach house are both cleared; charges are set on the three trucks; all three objecktives are marked as completed - yet nothing happens? I have tried taking the men back to the insertion point, no luck. There is no extraction point on the map. What am I doing wrong? Just downloaded the file and tried it again right now and all fine, mission ended. Make sure you have removed any saved games from that mission, it would be an issue. Tinker Posted May 3, 2010 Share Posted May 3, 2010 Mission ended for me, but Obj 01 was not complete. Now the script depends on the Obj counter being at 4, so how did it finish for me? This bit seems to be the suspect: Group: <Default> Comment: Hostage tIMER Trigger Event: Timer-Hostages has expired. Responses: Allow this block to be reactivated. Continue executing responses if ((The value of Counter - Hostages Rescued) is equal to 3). Mark Take the Recon team to extraction complete in the objective list. Increment Counter_mission. Set Timer_SIEG to expire in 5 second(s). As there is no block remove, there is chance of the counter increment repeating itself. This could raise the Obj counter above 4 before the 5 second timer runs out, and checks for it being at 4. The timer is set 3 times, and am sure this is the issue if you run all 3 recon guys into the extraction at the same time.
