Did you mimic the face of that israeli commando girl we saw on that site? How about if you use those same skins on the bajabravo girls from dangerous babes. These are nice but they look a little too "butch" for me. Give a little something for those boys out there to fantasize about. I'm sure we will get formal permission from monolith soon. How about having one of the female soldiers just like the ones you posted here in those sleeveless shirts but give her a light combat harness. Also, wrap that skin around a dangerous babe then give her a pair of sunglasses with a pony tail hair style with a camo colored baseball cap. Do you guys remember how Linda Hamilton looked in Terminator 2 when she was going to assasinate that scientist?? How about a look like that? That would be cool. Stalker_Zero Posted February 8, 2003 Share Posted February 8, 2003 I've talked to streinger and he is going to attempt to do a Linda Hamilton skin and model from terminator 2. Basically a girl with a sleeveless t-shirt, light combat harness, trousers, sunglasses with baseball cap and pony tail hair. The hard part is to get a female model similar to susan grey or astra galinsky with trousers but have the sleeveless look. I wish him luck. But we are finally putting some more work into this project. The key to its success will be the .gun files. If I can pull it off hopefully people will enjoy it as an all around mod. I need more contributions including some cool missions, maps, and such. OK. I need you guys to start listing what missions from other mods you would like included in this mod. Its a community colaboration including donations from all over. Besides the gun models which are mostly taken care of please tell us what missions and maps you would like to see included. Yes, it will be a big mod but we will make it so its downloadable by everybody including 56kers, and even mac users. Everybody will play this if they would like. So again, right now we need to know what missions and maps you would like to see included. Any popular or new and obscure missions? Maps?? p.s. What do you think of the mod's first splash screen?? Stalker_Zero Posted April 13, 2003 Share Posted April 13, 2003 Well I am going to include some delta skins from argyll to replace the single player riflemen, demo guys. The snipers and support will either be default or something else. And the specialists will be custom characters of different types. For instance astra galinsky being replaced by a female ninja type. And some other custom skins. That are either new or donated from other mods. Mosty they are new custom jobs just for this mod. On the multiplayer side we are gonna have 2 skins for each soldier type. Let me know what you think. I still trying to figure out the Bushrag idea, but I'm still learning the basic's in 3DSM. First draft of desert sniper is currently in the works. I guess something happened. Anyway the jungle skins looks excellent man! Blends in nicely with that map. heh heh. As for the bushrag.com skins.......I think to do it you have to do some major alpha blending like the leaves on the m24 rifle. But you would have to make em much bigger. You might also have to take a 3dsmax model of a sniper character and adjust some vertices to change his shape a little. Thats the theory on how to do the bushrag.com skins.....at least that is what I hear. Experiment. If you think it will take too long, you can always do some custom camos of the regularly shaped snipers. And then save your bushrag masterpieces for the sniper cannon mod. Cush1 Posted April 16, 2003 Share Posted April 16, 2003 These are the first draft of the Desert Sniper. I've camo'ed the M24 for the Jungle Sniper and will try to get some shots up later. I even did a little camo on the M82 and it doesn't look to bad in game. Let me know what you think about the Desert Sniper. Any suggestions would be great.
