Rocky Posted August 27, 2008 Share Posted August 27, 2008 NY got me in a few months back, so I was lucky enough to get all the maps and cars for free. I haven't really followed it up though as it pretty hardcore and I didn't have the time to do the required training etc, and I'm also not entirely sold on the pay-to-play model they are using. I wish them luck though, seem like a great bunch, they mailed out a letter (real letter) of thanks to all the beta testers all over the world! I played a bit in the beginning during the beta, it's challenging, and not for the faint of heart. I bought a wheel and everything, and enjoyed the time, it's just a bit more "hardcore" than I'm comfortable with. GReat Product though, just not my cup o tea. After running my own league with all the arguing and petty squabbles I've lost my interest. Still love to drive just not at that level.
