shakealeg1212
well i found a free version of paint shop pro 8 (outdated versions become freeware) so im playing around making skins. ive run into a challenge that is making my beginner head spin! i basically want to combine the above pic with the bottom pic. so have the harness and gear on the woodland instead of the desert. any help? i feel like setting my laptop on fire im so frustrated! maybe its simpler than i think. wombat50
I don't think there is an easy way. I use the pen tool in PhotoShop and I hope PSP8 has one. Search for Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro pen tool tutorial on YouTube. Have you tried saving .rsb's with PSP8 yet? Adobe released PhotoShop CS2 as freeware a year or more ago. I downloaded it directly from Adobe when they initially released it. They no longer host it but TechSpot does. http://www.techspot.com/downloads/3689-adobe-photoshop-cs2.html Product key is on the same page under the Product Description header. shakealeg1212
Yes psp8 has a pen tool. I've also been able to save rsb files and use them successfully in game.
MrMoon
I use the clone stamp tool for that. There's probably a better way though.
shakealeg1212
Looks like my best bet is to use the pen tool and outline the harness and paste it onto the woodland?
MrMoon
Yeah I think thats the best bet for you. I don't know why I much prefer using the clone stamp.
shakealeg1212
Thanks for the help guys, I ended up adding a vest instead of just the harness so that make the process way easier.

wombat50
I'd do more tutorials if I had a voice like James Earl Jones. I may have to try the clone stamp method you suggested. Never thought of that.
