davros
This is now one of our most played maps. A real treat. Getting across the bridge is a ^%$, but in a fun way. A real teamwork map. Those snipers have us pinned every time...even though we roughly know where they are by now. Good to have a map that makes you work for your kills. I like the way the bridge acts as a natural choke point concentrating the firefight and then we get a rest and options as we finally get across into the mexican side. Nice change of pace. Thanks mate. Dav
sightreader
Awesome, well done mate, superb stuff. Completely agree. Amazing how much of an advance this is over coop_sierra. Most importantly, it's wonderful being able to approach that bridge from either side: really opens the map up to a lot more players!

JohnTC02
Hi All, Thanks for all your kind comments. I was just wondering what the general opinion is on reusing stock maps. Some of these maps have been used a few times so do you think it is worth my while redoing some of the present coop missions with my own style. If you like the idea maybe some of you could post your favourite maps here so I can get an idea of what's popular. bogiegraphics
I'm more partial to the multiplayer maps versus the mission stock maps. The stock maps that I haven't seen used too much are: - Fort - Calavera - Mission #2: Quarry - Mission #5: (The one with Bull Arena) - Arroyo - there is a new one out now!! Just like some of the stock maps that we have already used, just have to start the mission in an alternative location then take it to a new direction. One of my ideas, which didn't pan out, was to merge two maps together. Like use the Fort or The Cut maps, then add an additional clean landscape and blend them together. Would be a lot more prop adding, but still may add an additional spin. Later, Bogie
sightreader
I was just wondering what the general opinion is on reusing stock maps. I, for one, am a huge fan of reusing maps, and I don't believe you have to replace the map to do something new. To me, using a different map doesn't automatically give you a different experience, just as adding more AI doesn't automatically give you a better fight. Thus, I think it's a test of our creative elegance to try to create totally new experiences by simply altering deployments and taking better advantage of terrain in familiar surroundings. Just my opinion, though... my aesthetic leans towards the "more with less" school, obviously...
