i crashed during second map of the mission pack... but it gave me an error with some sound files...

Sound files wont crash anyone, they are caused by a game engine bug as we have some objects that have to be added to the game as vehicles, and engine dont find or recognize sound files related to these new vehicles, as they are in fact simple objects.

This is a replay he posted, not mission. The missing chrs in this case will never cause a CTD, game engine will apply the winter_sniper and winter_spotter chrs, so thats why in replays you have only the winter characetrs, even in wood or desert maps.

This will be fixed in patch 1.1 that we will release after the end of tourney - all replays will work properly then, showing the correct characters depending on the env of the map youre playing.

i know why u krashed - and without giving anything away here - it is your own fault and had you not already completed mission b4 i would have said you had failed the mission.

the new version for teams playing now - will have a nicer way of failing - but if they read the breif properly THEY WILL NEVER CTD.

its what we modders know as shooting shadows - and ruining triggers - nuff said. scripters will know exactly what i mean.

Every single shadow can be fixed, what is the issue here? I can help?

I feel your reply is not suitable.
