Snake@War Posted March 7, 2005 Share Posted March 7, 2005 No. You can however use the RSB editor to convert it this way. 1. RSB's to TGA. Right click the RSB file in the Editor and click convert. Then edit it. 2. TGA to BMP with whatever photo editor you use. 3. BMP's to RSB's with RSB Editor. Right click the BMP file in the Editor and click convert. Convert it to the 24 bit setting.
