The worst mission so far,had no idea where to go just running around following a tank and shooting when shot at. You have to go scouting, making sure no freak with a rocket gets through, being forced to advance at the tanks pace and not at your own...I wish there was a command to tell your team to follow the lead tank though because telling them where to go is silly...it's just a mztter of trying..if you fail you'll learn the tanks route by heart and complete mission before the tanks get to the center of the map (Which It hink should have been included in the briefing, the route of the tanks) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
2nd Ranger Posted August 15, 2004 Share Posted August 15, 2004 It is rather out of place, because generally speaking, there is absolutely no need for the armor to be there in the first place. You could just as easily (in fact, alot more easily) finish that mission with just you and your team. Essentially, what you're doing in that mission is being the workhorses for the tanks. You have to clear everything out of their way just so they can destroy those three tanks in Cathedral square at the end. Again, something you could do with an M136.
