firefly2442
I used to label all my power cables for my monitor and computers and only use the ones that came in the packaging, but is that really necessary? I looked more closely at them the other day and they seem exactly the same in terms of the power they provide.
Dannik
Power cables, as long as they don't have inline transformers, are literally just shielded wires running from jack to device. Nothing in them makes them device specific. Completely interchangeable.
Pave Low
Nope as they should all be manufactured to the same spec

Ruin
Correct... but don't ever lose them... lol they don't sell them seperate from power supplys at most stores. And if they do, they're not cheap. I have a collection of them running around here somewhere. All from old devices, or ones I got from my Tech job a couple years ago. Power Cables and Cat5e cables - when free are priceless.
