We should be careful not to sound ungrateful for the countless hours,days,weeks and months that modders give freely so we can enjoy our games for alot longer than the original product would have normally. Modders are under no obligation here, they do it for for the love of the game and it irks to see anyone take stick for one dropped ball when they shot and scored with countless others. ← While I whole heartedly agree that modders hold the utmost respect for keeping games alive for so long, there are unfortunate circumstances like this that are simply bothersome. The simple fact that people have been praising him (including myself) for over a year only to find out our anxiosness and loyalty and patience towards Chem's work was in vain, it's difficult to cope with positively.

I can't even remember which version of HX it's in, so this is going to be a stretch if somebody knows. The map is a variant of the Farm map from the original GR and when on the HX mode "DEFEND," it places you in the little farm house and you have to defend the upstairs bedroom. Me and my buddy have some good memories of claymoring the doors and trying to mow down an onslaught of 200 enemies in a little house but I can't find it anymore. The map doesn't seem to be included in HX4 or 5. Any ideas?

My buddy and I played GR in the past solely for coop teamwork. This game helps build teamwork and communication that can be applied in most other games. Anyways, we want to give this another go for some more fun. Here in lies the question. Off of a clean install of GR, DS, and IT; which mods should I install disregarding the recommended mods post. I want to know what you think! Here is what we are looking for: A plethora of weapons Anything that will make us utilize teamwork to the utmost Also, I remember us playing a mod where it puts the ghosts on the defense against a large number (100+) of enemies trying to sieze your base. Does anybody know what I'm talking about? Really appreciate your help! PS: We had problems in the past with mods conflicting and causing crashes randomly. Please only post mod combinations that you are 99% sure won't conflict. Thanks a lot guys!

I quit playing GR a long time ago, but I always check back to this site to see the progress on this. There is a years plus worth of posts here and anticipation. For you to scrap it for some personal grudge would be the most childish and selfish thing I've seen in quite awhile. Does this mod have potential? Galactic amounts. If you don't release it will we ever agree? No. Lower your arrogance and your inflated pride in an effort to earn both. If you put out a mod that we have all been waiting so patiently for for over a year and it rocks half as hard as we all think it will, you will indeed be a historic representative of Ghost Recon and will rightfully earn your pride and arrogance.

Yea, that would be neat. My friend and i play HX5 Firefight 200 alot and sometimes it would be alot easier if you could at least lean a corner without the pyschic shooter on the other side taking your ear off before you even see anything.

Stalker, all of those mods together dont conflict?

I've downloaded the recommended mods but sometimes they seem to clash. Models dont appear, game crashes, etc. So i was wondering what your mod setup is? What are your personal favorite mod lineup that you have activated while playing. It would be nice if the lineups were MP friendly also. Thanks guys!

Nevermind, issue resolved. For anybody who might have the same problem. Turn EAX off. Then update your sound card drivers.

Me and my friend both bought the gold GR pack and loaded it all up today. Then we downloaded the recommended equipment mods from the Mod Forum. (Standard Upgrade, Sniper Arm, NMM, Trance) and then we also got HX5 Red Sun because we heard it puts you against tons of tangos. But now in when we play together I can hear him shoot his weapon and it sounds fine and vice versa, but neither of us can actually hear our own weapons when we fire. The weapons sound miles away. You have to really strain to hear it. All audio settings are maxed. My DirectSound tests fine. We both have different setups. Monolith, honestly, RE series was my FAVORITE console series. If you finished a RE mod for GE i would give you lots of hugs and kisses. Or ill let me sister give you hugs and kisses. Either way.... please! I wanna mow down zombies!

I seem to remember there being a mod out that exagerated the exit wound blood spray awhile back... And that it would make character slide down the walls and stuff. I wanna say it was int he same mod as that "Never Leave A Man Behind" mod where you had to carry your dead. Not sure though.

We got it all working after lil bit. Nothing you did wrong Harntrox Your mod is EXACTLY what me and my buds have been searching for. We got sick of searching through huge maps only to find 30 people sporadically placed. Its nice to have them flanking, nading, rushing, and just plain trying to outsmart you. Your scripting is absolutely amazing. Great job, keep it up. We'd play HX4 but dont have IT yet. Its discontinued in EVERY store around here. Wierd huh? Anyways, thanks Harntrox!

I just installed it and it works like a charm. So much fun. I send the mod to my friend who has the same GR setup as me with same mods. He extracts as the readme says. His wont show up in the mods under options. So he uninstalled his entire game and everything. Reinstalled. Fresh install off everything, reextracts those files, still nothing! We are super frustrated. Anybody have any idea why his HX3 Desert Assault wont show up?

I played the SP edition of PFP awhile back and probably posted on how great i thought it was. Then they updated to 2.0 to be coop enabled, so i was excited. But now it crashes after loading screen to desktop. Did the 2.0 patch make IT mandatoy to play it? Cause it use to work without IT.
