Do you watch one or more semi-popular television shows? Do you find yourself sometimes forgetting to set the PVR? Do you use an iCal-compatible app?

I don't use a Tivo. I know one television junkie with a PVR (I don't know if they have a Tivo, Tivo-like, home brew, etc.) and an Xbox 360 in Media Mode and they find this little service/trick nifty.
