  1. I got this thing in the mail from my buddy in the army. But I don't think I can do any thing with it. It's cut in half to show whats on the in side. I found a web page that was a few of them but from different companies that make them. heres the link with a pic of what I got. army-technology.com So if some one can tell me what I can do with it I'd be happy.
  2. GameSlave

    Milk+Game

WOW Scary I haven't seen some thing that crazy since my 18th birthday.
  3. I got it installed ok but when I go to play the game freezes up. But not at the main menu. Its at the MP screen or QG menu I'm not sure whats really going on. But my friend got it working fine. I think its because I have windows 98 or if theres not a lot of memory. And two of my friends got XP so its a little faster I guess. So if some one can help that would be great.
  4. I asking the same thing as he is if HX6 is coming out or is it going to GRAW?
  5. Thanks man. I'll look more into my sypware program to see if its still picking them up.
  6. Ok I'm getting all my mods from www.Woody2000.dk and ADAware is finding a bunch of trojan horses in most of the mods that I have. And my AVG virus control found one virus but it doesn't tell me what they are. The mods that its picking up those trojan horses and one of those viruses are SPV4, SPr_v[1].0., Sniper Armouyv1.3. The files my dad deleted I'm not sure of what they are? But I know after he did it the mods didn't work.
  7. Ok I have adaware as a spyware finding tool and its picking up things on the mods that I have. Its doing it with all of them and I don't konw if i should be worried about it. Because my dad is and he got rid of one of files and it screwed up the mod file. And I had to re-install it. so I have no idea what to do for right now so I could use some help right now.
  8. Ok I used DirectX v8.1 for GR but it didn't work so my dad got v9.0 and it worked fine. I need to ask you some thing what do you mean by reload Windows 98? But I'll think about getting in touch with you but I share this computer with my dad so I'll have to go over it with him. I'll show him what you said and we'll talk about it. ← Your issue before with 8.1 was htat you were using the latest and greatest Nvidia drivers with an older version of DirectX, and the drivers didn't like it. They turned their nose up at the old DirectX. That is most likely(95%)the cause of your issue. Updating is not always a good thing. ← so like you say updataing is not a good thing I thought it was? And so the DirectX v9.0 that I have might be the cause of my problem so that means I most delete it right and is there a way to delete it with not formating my computer
  9. Ok I used DirectX v8.1 for GR but it didn't work so my dad got v9.0 and it worked fine. I need to ask you some thing what do you mean by reload Windows 98? 10. Ok some how I got it working again but how I say? I don't know really.
  11. I think I have the new download from nvidia.com but that DriverCleanerPro I think I have some thing like that I used. Before I did the downloadbut it still does nothing.
  12. I put in a new video card in my computer. And the game started fine the first time but it keeps on saying GhostRecon has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. and I copyed some thing from that (GHOSTRECON caused an invalid page fault in module GHOSTRECON.EXE at 0197:00515e39. P.S. I don't know what kind of video card I have. Because I had my uncle put it in. I told him that my game was slowing up a bit when I played and he said that it might be my video card so he let me use his old one. So I could really use the help. 13. Just to expand on WK's comments. The IPs you report are typical when you are behind a router or using a shared internet connection from another computer. The router or the computer sharing's it's internet connection is the gateway and it has two IPs - an internal one, 192.168.1.1, and an external one, 141.154.145.202. (Internal refers to your local area network and external refers to the internet.) The computer running GR only has an internal IP, 192.168.1.47. Typically, in this case you need to configure the gateway (router or the computer sharing's it's internet connection ) to forward ports 2346-2348 TCP and UDP to 192.168.1.47. Can you verify that you have only one computer and the DSL modem on your local (home) network? ← Thanks you guys I forgot what my dad did on my firewall but I got GR working again.
  14. OK, I made sure that the firewall will allow GR access to the internet. I also entered the port numbers. I'll try later to see if that makes a difference. In the meantime, can you tell me why my IP address is 192.168.1.47 but the default gateway is different (192.168.1.1)? Thanks for your help.
