If you use an individual attack order that ghost that you want to carry out the order needs to see the target. When you use the team attack order the team member with the most suitable weapon will carry out the order. If he does not have a good position the ghost with the best position will attack the target. The team members will not attack vehicles if they do not have a suitable weapon. There can be obstructions that for the team members that may not be obvious for you as a player, so the attack order is very usefull when used in the tactical map and when you want to set a target priority once the team or team mate encounters enemies.
You may run into a situation were you only have one zeus in the team and you encounter armored vehicles. Then chaine the orders and make sure to assign an attack order to the team member with the zeus.
