firefly2442 Posted October 20, 2007 Share Posted October 20, 2007 So my BenQ LCD monitor died last night. I was watching a movie and it just went kaput. I tried it with three computers so far and nothing shows up on the screen, not even the monitor self test. The little orange light / green light shows up on the power button but that's it. I read online that you can put in a new backlight and fix it but how do I know that that's actually what's wrong? I'm sort of nervous about opening it up. Anyone have any thoughts?
