If you dont install the game as is laid down.

Ageia Software it needs to be installed, regardless of hardware.

If you change the file structure.

If you have a pirated copy.

If you use a [Thing that should not be spoken of here] .

The game will not work as it should, in some cases it wont work at all.

Especially after it has been patched.

Much feed back has been gathered over this month and many complaints fall into the above catagory.

File Structure and Patches

If a file has been altered which results in an earlier creation date that the one in the bundle. The patch file will not be read.

So the creation date is the key here, and also what you have changed in a file.

Before you patch the game absolutly make sure it is as it should be as it was when you bought it or after it was patched.

What ever you do back it up.
