My wife and I stumbled upon this by accident and were able to recreate the "problem w/your xbox. please restart" error. I was hosting the entire time however, so I am curious as to whether this is a bug that happens while you and your guest are on anothers server. It happened every time I was dead and observing and she died then tried to observe. Regardless of whether a guest can observe or not, if she tried it bugged out on us.
