What is the different 'style' of gamer the different console platforms attract? Just find that interesting so I'm kind of wondering.

MP. I love the MP team vs. team stuff.
With that said, I also enjoy MP co-op.

Same here. I'm going to wait to see what happens.
One thing I've learned recently regarding new games and expectations.. they are usually a surprise. Recent releases have surprised me different than expectations, some good and some bad.
Overall, it seems the things they can verify are things we all like and asked for. It seems the things people are getting worked up for are.. basically.. assumptions (ie - assuming that if it's a port to PC from Xbox it'll be a crappy game.. when in fact you won't know until it happens).
I am very much looking forward to it. And even if it's not exactly and perfectly what I wanted.. chances are it'll be better than all the other stuff out there right now that is kinda crappy.

[RS] Rogue Saints is recruiting.
Our team has been playing Ghost Recon together since May of 2002. We are a team of about 20 members which value Honor, Teamwork, and Dedication.
Our 'mission statement' (listed on our website) says it all: The Rogue Saints are built on the principles of teamwork, tactics, and dedication. Our men work together and play with a high sense of honor, integrity, and maturity. We are dedicated to practicing and utilizing team tactics to excel in the field of battle, leveraging those skills in friendly competition against other clans and in simulated missions. We never lose sight of our main goal; to have good clean fun while playing as a team with close friends.
We currently are active in Ghost Recon, and are in the process of branching out also to America's Army and potentially Raven Shield (and are anxiously awaiting Soldner). On GR, we are involved on the Combat Zone gaming ladder (currently ranked #10), and play competitive co-op tournaments (we recently won Alpha Squad's Stealth Score tournament, and are currently participating in the AzzCup tournament).

He said he got appointed because there was literally no one paying attention to the community (GR and RvS) on the UBI forums, and they identified the need and they appointed him. I also think he mentioned someone else had the job before but did nothing with it.. so he sort of replaced him.

I'll have to check that gephion. But I am confused.. on an earlier post you said you did have problems with DST when running the BC tool?

I'm not that technical so I might be a little lost. What I need to do is figure out a way to have TommyBoy's dedicated server tools program replay function work while the BC program is running. When I tried it, it would only let me access every other replay through Tommy Boy's program (which is a very popular program for replay management, you can download replays remotely just going through a web server).

We have had some probs aswell with the DST from Tommyboy, which actually lead to us pleaying a Nationcup match twice, coz the replays was missing from two maps
You kan ask Kveldulv[bAD] about the replay bit, coz he made some script to make sure we would have all replays in the future, og use the BattalionCommand tool, and just disable all the functions, and flag the "save local backup" button.. That´s working perfectly, as I use that in combo with DST... (to make sure)

I am proud to announce the former GR division of ]RS[ Rabidd Saints has a new name, and a new home. We have been reborn as; [RS] Rogue Saints. Currently, we only play Ghost Recon (team and co-op) but plan to expand into other games as well. We are checking out games such as America's Army and Raven Shield, and are keeping our eyes open for some of the great games coming out in the spring such as; Soldner, Stalker, Far Cry, and Half-Life 2. We are also keeping our fingers crossed for GR2.

As you can see there, our website is under development. However, there you will find a link to our old website (with some slight modifications to reflect our new name and setup), from which we are still working out of. Expect a new website in a couple of months, hopefully sooner.

I have a question. Any of you guys run this tool and the 'GR Dedicated Server Tools' program (TommyBoy's)? I am wondering if I am setting something up wrong, but when I run both I only get every other replay recorded.

Some of you might have heard a nasty rumor that ]RS[ is breaking up. That is not true (at least not in the way that you think).
Our clan is a 'multiple game' clan that was founded and hosted (forums and website) by 'Rabidd'. Rabidd has decided to retire from gaming, and also retire the clan name. However, the Ghost Recon Division of ]RS[ you know and love, will still be around, just under a different name (still TBD).
Our membership hasn't changed, our server IP hasn't changed, and our activity level hasn't changed.. all that's going to change is our name, and our URL for our website and forums.
I will notify when we have a new website and forum host, with URL's.

It's nice to see your team's name in a magazine tho
That would be the only reason I'd even think of doing it. The current recruiting methods we use (posting here, hosting a dedicated server) seem to work well enough for us.
