I have a Logitech MouseMan Wheel M-BD53 http://www.nix.ru/autocatalog/mouse_logite...useman_bd53.jpg I've had it for probably 8 or 9 years. I really like it but it's starting to die. Windows will make the "da-doop" hardware recognition sound every couple minutes or so and I'll lose mouse functionality until it's re-recognized. Sometimes it will stop working altogether and I'll have to unplug it and plug it back in. I'm very particular about my mouse. I don't want something too small or that has the wrong form factor. However, aren't there better/newer technologies out there for mice? Since I've been out of the loop/market for the last 8 years or so, what's good?
