Windows XP Home Edition

I lost my Windows XP Home Edition CD-ROM. I wanted to purchase another Windows XP Home Edition while they are still available as I want to avoid upgrading to Windows 64-bit for atleast three more years.

I have been looking online at Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition SP2 Reinstallation CD 2006. Someone is selling a CD-ROM for reinstallation of Windows XP that came with a Dell computer for around $20. Are there anything wrong with these Windows XP CD-ROMs? I have heard some of these CD-ROMs only allow one installation and then the CD-ROM is destroyed.
