TAW Snipers

TAW Snipers v2 is ready for release.

Sometime ago I was asked by TAW_Goose and Zero to make a custom map for them, this was to be used for a competition they were holding, this competition is now finished so I pleased to be able to release this to the public.

This map is quite different to the usual, the mission takes place on top of the buildings and walkways you have no access to the ground. There are no objectives in the mission you just need to kill the AI which are on the ground plus there are snipers on some of the buildings.

Instructions:

You will spawn on top of the central building, there are two exits one of which is marked "Exit here" this was done so all players started the game from the same place, you can use whichever exit you want but the mission is designed to be played as indicated.

At the initial spawn point there is the usual hard switch which will double the amount of AI, there are also respawns at each of the buildings around the map.

There are walkways placed between some of the buildings so you can do a complete "circuit" of the map, there are also some walkways which cuts the map in half so you can also play half of the map.

There is no extraction point on the map so you either need to set a time limit for the mission and take a screenshot of your deaths/kills or do a complete (or half) a circuit of the map to get your score.

This map is really designed to be used for competitions, you can use it for a clan/team challenge or just play on your own to try and beat your own score.

As an example, TAW_Rahnman won the solo TAW competition on hard mode with 319 kills and 0 deaths.

Hi Dad,

I have played the Taw Snipers mission, in my opinion it's not my kind of mission but saying that it was well thought out & well made.

So another Gold Star for you Dad.

Taw Snipers mission is for those who like the shoot'em up missions rather than the objectives missions.

I did like the idea of playing the mission from the roof tops, so Daddy dearest if you can do one with objectives I would love you for ever.

I had no problems at all with the mission it went as smooth as a baby's bum, well done Dad.
