* Adds G36K as a primary weapon in the selection menu. * Adds G36C as a secondary weapon in the selection menu. * Adds RPG-7 as a backpack weapon in the selection menu. * Adds an additionaly 9 more 40mm grenades to the M32. * Adds 4 more grenades and smokeshells (total=8) and takes up 2 slots instead of 1. * Increases Beretta RX4 kill-power (same amount as SCAR L). * Increases HK45 kill-power by roughly 25%. * Increases Beretta M9 kill-power by roughly 25%. * Increases FN M249 ammo-belt from 180 to 200. * Reduces M32 weight by 1 slot. * Removes all rifle crosshairs and crosscom markers (\settings\hud_visibility.xml). * Removes marker for objective-position (all map-markers remains unaffected) (\settings\hud_visibility.xml). * Replaces some weapon names with the correct names (MK45 is HK45 etc). * Unlocked the Ageia level. Changelog: V 1.0b - Initial release, see features-section. V 1.1b - Added "RX4 sight" to M416, SCAR L, SCAR H, G36K and G36C. - Decreased recoil slightly for M249 when in ironsights. - Removed Mule and Drone markers. V 1.2 - Bundled all files into a proper bundle mod-file for easier switching between this and other mods. - Moved the shotgun to the secondary weapon selection. - Added selectable aimpoint for XM8 Compact and reduced weapon weight by 1 block. V 1.3 - Fixed weapon icon for G36C (Thanks GRIN_Wolfsong) |

You guys know that most of the stuff you pulled out to make it more "realistic" actually does the opposite? The whole point of the game is the utilization of more modern and futurisitc weapon and combat systems being tested by the US military. The Cross com is a real peice of equipment and it does highlight firendly and enemy targets with markers as well as objectives and orders. And on a finer note, the MK45 is NOT the Socom MK23, it is a different firearm based off the same USP design. |

Well, there is an article in popular mechanics (Ghost Recon 2 vs. Land Warrior: The Pentagon Goes Gaming) where it says you are not right Chris, sorry, anyway, you are free to not download the mod, meanwhile, the rest of us will. Could I add something? Something that I think would be neat, if anyone has played Hitman, when you use a sniper rifle, character breathing matters, and you have much more info in the reticle display, for adjusting distance and stuff like that. I would love that, there is another game called Sniper, or something like that, I think they have the same. That would be a lot more realistic than the unbearably inprecise mod by agent smith where I just have to fire like ten rounds before I can hit a enemy (having it perfectly centered for a perfect headshot) -that mod is otherwise great, I love the bood spatering... Anyway, I want to thank to all the guys that are creating new mods, for this game, after a full day in the OR, I really like to get home and play for a while. |

Chris, this mod makes the game more GHOST RECON, which is what it should have been in the 1st place. Thanks for doing this mod! Any way to silence the narcom? I would LOVE that! |

What exactly does this Mod? Does this Mod delete the CrossCom completely? How nice is that? I think ill give it a try... would be nice if the multplayer part has something like that. |

Thye mod is pretty small. I like the fact that you removed the Diamonds from squaddies, the rest is forgettable

If the server is not running the same files you should be disconnected since the mod alters weapon configs among things. |

it dose not seem to work for me i extract it to the install dir and run the batch file and if i look at my version in game the shadow mod is there but none of the alterations are there |

A suggestion, something that buggers the Sh*t out of me in the original game...?
...To fix the recoil on the 7.62's, I dont really get how the recoil can be so much stronger firing the MSG90 and M14 compared to the Scar H, firing the same caliber, but weighting a whole 2-3 kilos (4-6 punds) less. Christ I fired of a bunch of considerable heavier 30-06's with less recoil, And I'm NOT Special Forces. :)
Also add a Full auto on the M14. |

Why jump and knife lol? Soldiers dont jump? If you would jump and start firing you would shoot yourself in the leg. And knife? Knife is a tool not a weapon. |
