Generates ATRs obviously. But whats an ATR?

(kadaeux) the atr files are in the ACTOR folder you need this mod tool to edit them (like skill points, name etc.)

On the contrary, reloaded58, you don't need this tool, it just is helpful. You can modify ATRs through IGOR editor or with Notepad.
