| Description: | The Time Bomb Mission is a Server Sided Mission Mod - which means only the Host is required to have the files installed. But anyone who joins the Host's room will be able to play Time Bomb.
Timebomb Mission can only be played in Team or Co-Op mode online in the Ghost Recon Maps. Select Time Bomb as type of play in the Multiplayer setup screen in Server Edit. Elite mode has more enemies. To Install Time Bomb: The Self-Extracting Time Bomb.exe file (coop) timebomb.gtf & (team) timebomb.gtf files will install in default location at: C:\Program Files\Red Storm Entertainment\Ghost Recon\Mods\Origmiss\Mission folder. If this is where your Mission folder for Ghost Recon (Origmiss folder) is: double-click on Time Bomb.exe file, and click Extract. Files will be installed. If this is NOT where your Mission folder for Ghost Recon (Origmiss folder) is located: then double click on Time Bomb.exe file, click OK, then change the path name to where your Red Storm Entertainment\Ghost Recon\Origmiss\Mission folder is and click Extract. The (coop) timebomb.gtf & (team) timebomb.gtf files will be installed to where you specified. FOR EXAMPLE: If you use D:\ drive instead of C:\ drive and you put all your games in "My Games" folder then Extract files to: D:\My Games\Red Storm Entertainment\Ghost Recon\Mods\Origmiss\Mission In short, the (coop) timebomb.gtf & (team) timebomb.gtf files must be in the Mission folder of Ghost Recon\Mods\Origmiss. To Remove Time Bomb from your computer: Delete both (coop) timebomb.gtf & (team) timebomb.gtf files located in C:\Program Files\Red Storm Entertainment\Ghost Recon\Mods\Origmiss\Mission folder. NOTE: Your location may be different if you do not have GR installed in default location. You may also do a search for (coop) timebomb.gtf & (team) timebomb.gtf files and delete them that way also. |
