I have a great deal of respect for you guys that can do this. However, doesn't anybody make single player maps anymore?

I have two questions....First: Is the provided map editor able to create single player maps, I cannot figure out how to spawn enemies
Second: How do you alter terrain to create cliffs, mountains, and different elevations. All that is present in the map editor is "elevated road"
