| Description: | One new map with a single mission that supports all game types online or solo.
Snipers Siege Beta2 for Ghost Recon Mod by 10mm Auto (Mod recompiled by 3d File Retreat) WARNING: Desert Seige must be installed and activated in conjunction with this mod. Do not try and load the map without Desert Siege activated or your computer will crash to the desktop. Mod Installation: Do not browse to your mods directory during this install. Please make sure the install looks to your main Ghost Recon folder. This map will install to your mods directory on it's own as long as the target path during the install is your main Ghost Recon folder. After the install you must launch Ghost Recon and activate the mod, "Snipers Siege Beta2" from the mods menu in order to play the map in single player and multiplayer. Mod Contents: Snipers Siege Beta2 includes an objective based mission for the mission game type and also includes support for all other game types in both single player and multiplayer. This mod originally only included a special mission and supported no other game types. It also did not install as a mod, but instead directed you to install the files manually to your mods/origmiss folder. The mission for this map also requires that "Desert Siege" be activated, but no mention of this was made in the original docs. We at 3d File Retreat got permission from 10mm Auto to repackage the map so that it installs as a mod for Ghost Recon and alerts people to the that fact that you need Desert Siege activated. We also went ahead and added all the required elements to the original mission file so that the map would work for all other game types, not just the "mission" game type. Since Desert Siege must be activated for the "mission" game type to work properly I've activated the Desert Siege skins to be used as well. They go much better with the map, especially in multiplayer.
