palmski 0 Posted August 14, 2003 Share Posted August 14, 2003 Ive downloaded frostbite and like one of the weapon kits on it for the rifleman, i thought i would try and place it to my orignal weapons file, but every time i start a mission the game just crashes, can some1 help please? OSO 0 Posted August 14, 2003 Share Posted August 14, 2003 You need several items to use it in game. You are better off just having frostbite activated to use the weapon. You'll need the model, the texture, the kit icon textures, the strings.txt file needs to be modified and if you want it to be available in MP, the kit restriction file needs to be edited. You basically need to make your own mod since I discourage people from editing the original files.
