Modding your Face

Hi everyone, first time poster here.

I'm reading the Modding your Face tutorial from this great site.

I'm trying to put my face on the game but I'm having a problem cutting my face from the picture and then put it on the .rsb, the problem is that I can't find the tool to cut it this way:

Anyone knows the name of the tool? I tried to use Pen tool but isn't working quite well because it changes into the "set foreground color"

I want to put my face and face_blink into a Desert Siege hispanic character.

I'm getting really frustrated because I completely lack of modding skills.

Could anyone please help me on this?

Or maybe do it for me, if it's possible of course. I just want you to put my face and face_blink into the respective .RSBs then I'll do the rest, I can send you my pic by e-mail since I don't have a server to upload it to and also the .RSBs.

You can help me in either way you want, thanks for taking the time to read this.

Try using the 'Polygonal Lasso' tool. It's the second one down on the left.

I'm using Photoshop 7, and I can't find that tool in the main menu.

It's the icon directly below the one selected. If it isn't there by default, you may need to click on the icon (second down on the left, on the left-most toolbar) and hold it for the other options to appear. Then just try the others... it should be amongst them.

I just found it and now things are 110% easy, working on it right now.

It's not perfect but heh, it's something. I'll probably show you the result later.
