Bob The Nailer 0 Posted August 12, 2003 Share Posted August 12, 2003 i gave up trying to find these threats. i ran around for 10 min with another guy outside the embassy trying to figure out where oh where could they be. trying all doors and going on the roof to look on other roofs. i think it's a glitch and they don't exist. what's your opinion if you've played it? we gave up trying and quit the map. p.s. not to mention an unseen gunman in the bushes outside the courthouse as well! Bob The Nailer 0 Posted August 12, 2003 Author Share Posted August 12, 2003 (edited) thx. we've been on the roof though. i'll keep looking. the map seems to be clear and the way we've been running all over like [Edit] just trying to keep the threat red on our screen, if they haven't shot us i don't see where they could be. although the courthouse area ghost fires at us whenever we go over there and we thought we had cleared that area and we can't find him at all. Bob The Nailer 0 Posted August 14, 2003 Author Share Posted August 14, 2003 this is definitely a glitch. i put it on superman mode just to solve this. i got everyone i could see. there are a couple of guys stuck in building that you can't get into. their guns are sticking out but they can't be killed. must be an infected mod or something. ok what mod is this and where can i get it how do you use this quote option properly? hmmm.... why would you want it/ it isn't so great. the boom missions are my favorite. you and a buddy taking on over 100 tango's and a bunch of tanks. yeah! You can either click on the "QUOTE" button of the respective user you want to use his/hers qoute from. It's located at the top right of each post. Click it and all text inside that post will be quoted. Another option is ot just writh your post and use a [QOUTE] and [/QOUTE] tag for the text you want to be quoted (I misspelled the tag wrong on purpse otherwise it would start the tag. The scripter (dunno who made it) placed a couple of tango's close by a wall. When the mission starts the tango's get dropped "inside" the geometry at times keeping them trapped. Since the normal is facing outward he can see you (and shoot you) but you can't see him, making it impossible to complete the mission. That's basically it. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
