Im looking for opinions, when I arange UVW's in the UVW Unwrap Modifier by Planar in 3DS Max I can't tell what part is what, is there any other good way to do it? TheBlakeness (HotPants) 0 Posted July 25, 2003 Share Posted July 25, 2003 what I usually like to do is line up the texture the best I can using UVW map, then I go to unwrap..usually by then I can tell what part is what. Another method is just to try moving vertices around and seeing where the texture changed on the model. texturing always takes a little while to get a grasp on.
