Parabellum 12
Do u guys think there will be another Fast and Furious? I kinda do since they make so much money and they kinda left off with Brian and Roman getting a garage idea....any rumors out there? One was too much, two was ridiculously stupid, and I'm hoping that somebody has enough sense to say enough is enough.
Stinger 0
I like them. People wont shut about about the ricing stuff though (not saying u said anything bout it) but its not really ricer unless they are all show and no go. And they obvously have some serious go. They are riced up but its just another flavor of car looks some like it some dont....expecting RooK to drop by this u see
ReconSnake 0
This is a small thing but man I thought the cars in 1 were effed up by all the bubble gum machine glitter stickers. Other that that it was an ok flick. Did I mention 4" pipes on a 4 cylinder get on my damn nerves too? lol - Haven't seen 2 yet, and I probably won't pay to rent it. Stinger 0
I think the pink car for zuki or whatever in the 2nd is so gay. But Brian's skyline rocks! Some parts aren't completly realistic, but it wouldn't be cool without some of them. The plots aren't great its the cars and the racing that is.
CMC Davies 61 0
I think they,ll milk it dry, Most people go to see the Chariots in it, Theres some sweet cars in there, I think the first was the best, The 2nd was just too much trying to be the first. But yeah i think they,ll make a 3rd, And hope they,ll do a real nice maxed up Honda Del-Sol
RooK 0
Having a car with a 4 cylinder, and expecting it to go fast is beyond rice, with a few exceptions (mainly Rally cars: Evo, Escort, WRX- built to race). Like RS, 4 banger exhaust sounds suck. Any car can use nitrous, and it isn't a 'constant' power unless the whole rear of the car is filled with it, it only last a short duration, not a full length race, plus it adds weight. A naturally aspirated V-6 or V-8 is better any day, due to its high hp output without any extras. And you can increase that by a 1/3 or more with a supercharger or turbo. Besides that, a Civic or any of those other cars weren't meant for racing, they come with standard everything and you'd have to pay thousands just to get rid of chassi flex, good suspension etc. Waste of money. The only import cars worth anything in the series is the Skyline, Supra, RX-7 and S2000. They're sports cars to begin with and have the designs to be competitive. Everything else is a joke. Crimson 0
Yeah, where are the movies about the early muscle cars? Id love to have a '67 Camero.
warhawk 0
The thing I have always said about these little rice rockets running around these days is this. You want to impress me? Strap a Hemi to that rice rocket. If the car doesn't get ripped apart I will be impressed! Then there is the old saying, "If you can't run with the big dogs stay on the porch!" As far as the movie goes, well I hate to see any old muscle car wasted the way that charger was in the first one. Makes me want to cry. Stout Hearts Warhawk
WhiteKnight77 1
Don't get me started about riced out cars. IMO if it doesn't have a V8 or greater of at least 300CID, then it isn't meant to race.
warhawk 0
Hey WK, You should live on my street. On any given day I will see the same 3 Road Runners, 4 Mustangs (Not the newer ones either) and 2 Chevelle's. It sometimes gets to the point that my wife has to get a mop bucket out to clean up around me so I won't drown in my own drool! Don't know how I could forget this one it's my favorite! The black Cuda is by far the sweetest one of all. Stout Hearts Warhawk Edited July 25, 2003 by warhawk
XavierOnasis 0
My uncle, driver of a '71 Challenger 440 Six-Pack, has a t-shirt that reads "My lugnuts require more torque than your Honda makes."

True, but there were at least no civics in this one (I love 'em though). Who says some of 'em didn't have 6 cylinders? I think in this movie they were all V6's or up not sure though. The Evo is a great car same as the Skyline (too bad it ain't street legal in the states) and the Challenger and Charger from the movie were GREAT! Don't get me started about riced out cars. IMO if it doesn't have a V8 or greater of at least 300CID, then it isn't meant to race. IIRC, the Nissan Skyline has an inline 6 and can take most of the muscle cars with a turbo/super charger added to it. I absolutley love the dodge charger. And if I could get one for a decent price and it not have 100k miles racked up on it then I would prefer it over any "rice" car. The coolest thing is when the front lifts off the ground and the back wheels start spinning...damn I love torque
