Creating Specialists

Notice that GR have 12 speciaslis, DS and IT have 5 specs each, right?

My question is:

Is that possible to add more specialists in DS or IT, besides those alredy in there?

edit the d_unlockedheroes.xml and c_unlockedheroes.hml
