SOTOMac
With the "Great Hack of 2003" behind Us ; |S.O.T.O| - Special Operations Tactical Officers, Is Opening up the Recruiting Office once again in an Effort to Bring Quality OPs to the Team. We are a Tight Group of Ex-Military and Law Enforcement Personnel Who Formed Up in Dec. of 1999. We work ALL the Missions and Maps in TACSIMS like "RS", "UO", "COE", "BT", "GR", "DS", and "IT" like a Well Oiled Machine. That being said RW Tactical Experience is not a Prerequisite for Joining Our Team but is a Definite Value to be added to the Team. We recruit for Attitude First - Not Experience. Tactics can be Learnt and Taught - Its attitude that We can't do anything with, especially if its a Bad Attitude. We practise Small Unit Tactics & Situational Awareness in order to Coordinate Our Efforts to Produce Mission Successful Results for Our Team. There are NO Egos on Team |S.O.T.O.|. Only Good People... We on the Team, are ALL responsible for Following Our Team's S.O.P.M. ( Standard Operating Procedures Manual ) and Code of Conduct for becoming an Operative in |S.O.T.O|. There is no ; Racism Bigotry Sexism Foul Language or Abhorent Behaviour. If You feel that this is the Kind of Team for You, and You'd like to come on down to the Squad room for a Cup 'o' Java. Then by All Means drop a line to Our - Section Chief Recruiting and Engineering Who is ; SOTOSyrin CPT. He can be reached VIA Email @ syrin@sotoclan.com for all Your Recruitment Needs and Questions. SOTOMac
In the Tradition of RainBow 6 - |S.O.T.O| is an International Team and seeks to Bring ALL OPs / No matter what Nationality - To the Team. For OPs - The Countries We've Had Represented on the Team are Aussies, Germans, Finns and a few Countries more that I cannot think of at the Moment. English though is a Prerequisite, as all Our Mission Briefings are in English... Regards,

That said - I'm fixing It @ the Moment but It takes time to get things to work as desired with the Perl Module We've got Installed @ Our WebSite. In the Interim - All Potential Recruits for the Team are asked to continue to go to Our Recruiting Page and Answer the Questions Listed on Our Application. Once You've done that - You are then asked to send that Information / Application to Our Recruiting Office ; - Recruiting -> recruiting@sotoclan.com If You've been attempting to get an Application into Our Team and have been getting Errors attempting to do so - Well the above explanation probably means a lot then. If - This has been the Issue - You are hereby asked to Re-Submit Your Application for Recruitment to Team |S.O.T.O| in the above Prescribed Manner.
