Aussie_Terry 0
i was gonna get a game (Ghost Recon Gold Edition) but all the copies in Australia are faulty (i've already returned one and found one to be faulty on examination at Harvey Norman and im about to take back another copy tomorrow). any games in mind? my system specs are: pentium 4, 1.8ghz, 224 mbs of ram, sis 650 rev 00 32mb what ever display thingy (standard graphics thing i think), direct x 9.a. would that handle GTA3 on pc? or i was thinking about getting music but i don't know, im leaning more to the games because that's what i saved it up for. Aussie_Terry 0
How about Amazon.com for the game? Cant you order one from them or someone here in the states? nah i don't wanna order stuff off of the internet i'd rather go into the store, btw i forgot to mention my mum rang another store and they said that the fault has yet to be fixed, so no new GR Gold's will be coming in anytime soon

Specter 0
I dont know about the others, but I think BF1942 you'll have a tough time with. Its very graphics rich. Thats the only one of those that Ive played.
hephaestus 0
You really cant go wrong with GTA, unless you dont agree with some of the content. If you can get vice city instead of GTA3, do it. I spent an entire weekend at school playing GTA3 without saving and I never got to the end of it. From what I've heard about vice city, its a heck of a game.

Ruin 17
@ Ruin Command and Conquer: Generals Any good? Looking at it myself... Possibly the most addciting MP game I've played. Crimson and I play almost nightly... we're trying to get Nightmare, Pyro, and Recon Sanke to join up as well. We'd probably lag something awful, but it would be TONS of fun. It'd be nice to have 4 people instead of 2. Can have 1v1 or 2v2. There's a thread on page two about our thoughts on the game.

Aussie_Terry 0
yeah and im wrapped im glad i didn't go after a different game in teh end cause Desert Siege is FKING AWESOME!!!!!! it by far has the best Ghost Recon maps in my opinion. i espicially love Tank and Ghost Town, the building by the river in Tank makes me think of teh WW2 movie Battle of the Bulge everytime i see it, reminds me of hte outpost in the movie. and it has my favourite guns from now on too, the Groza and M98 sniper rifle, eversince i got a GOOD Gold Pack i've been going sniper with the m98.
