Right, the compo is as follows:- Post in every forum of GR.net at the same time as you post in another. Also, you can choose what threads u wanna post in, but it has to relevant to thread. SPAM MEAT SPREAD Recipe By : Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 spam 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 teaspoon prepared mustard 1/4 pound light velveeta cheese -- Cubed 2 tablespoons butter -- Melted 2 tablespoons sugar 1/4 cup catsup 1 teaspoon onion -- Minced potato roll buns Spread the above ingredients on potato roll buns.
