Reticle colors in Brettzies mod

I would like to change the reticle colors in Brettzies mod, my 81 year old father in-law would like a brighter color for the mk12.  I really just need to know what file it's in and the color choices.

I think the colors are 

 Red <ret color value="255 0 0" />

 Black <ret color value="0 0 0" />

 White <ret color value="255 255 255" />

 Green<ret color value="0 255 0" />

Cyan <ret color value="0255 255" />

Blue <ret color value="51 51 255" />

Orange <ret color value="255 165 0" />

Yellow <ret color value="255 255 0" />

 

Or does that only work in GRAW 1?
