Yea, its called a pump, and it also appears u have way too many segmants in it, 4-6 would suite u fine, that way u can model the ends of it as well.

I think that the foldable stock is a bit to massive, and the grip needs to be a bit rounded...

But it look really nice. To bad that the shotgun masterkey isn´t implemented in GR. Oh well, give it a quick reticule and it will be really usefull during CQB.

Here are my observations:

The receiver is 2x wider than it should be.

The barrel should be as wide as the receiver at the breach, and taper down to a smaller radius at the muzzle.

The top of the pump is not round. It's flat, and should overlap the barrel a bit.

The slide rails are missing. There should be a rail on each side of the gun, connecting the pump to the receiver.

Try using a texture on the pump, rather than modelling it. If you do model it, remember that 'less is more'.

The rear of the receiver is messed up. Look at pictures of shotguns to clarify and fix it.

The pistol grip should be much narrower and alot softer than you've got it.

The receiver should be a bit longer, IMHO.

Now, I'm not being rude, but, I'd recommend that you discard that model completely - it's worthless. Start over, and give yourself a low poly count to start with - not more than 750. Force yourself to make the model, and make it look good, and keep it under that amount. You need to learn how to make your model look nice, without using 5,000 polys.

The grip and the reciever are way to blocky. Too many sharp edges. There is too much blank open space between the mag and the barrel. The pump does surround the mag, but it has a flat top inside, makint the space between barrel and mag thinner. The safety on a Mossberg is on top at the rear of the receiver, within thumb reach of your stock hand.

The folding stock is way too wide, and the receiver should be rounded on the top, and the pistol grip rounded as well with finger grooves.

It is also missing the rails that cycle the bolt with the pump, and the heatshield is missing.

The trigger guard, trigger, and receiver are way too wide.
