 WWIIIFFFGoldv3.0  Had it on an old disc and uploaded it to Google Drive.

Contents are in a folder with several PDFs(Forum threads), three .zip files, a readme.txt and a installer.exe.
I have never tried it. Is it any good for co-op?

I am not sure I've ever tried it with co-op, however it's still is very worth it to give it a try even if in singleplayer.
