JTF-2 0 Posted June 16, 2003 Author Share Posted June 16, 2003 (edited) DUDE! that's sweet! i didn't expect someone to come and make it right away like that! makes me love this place even more anyway. that model is great! a few minor things: -the newer ones have the m4 style stock, if you could make that it would even better -could you make a non-sd version as well? -the knob sticking up on the end of the scope should be on an angle (kind of on the side of the scope) -the blue rail on top of the scope should be thinner at the bottom sorry, those are just a lot of little fussy coments. basically, in a perfect world, i'd like it be as close as possible to this: www4.aixgaming.com/opend/M4_Carbine/c_spr04?full=1 (except without the extra mag) anyway, thanks for making it dude! Marcinko 1 Posted June 16, 2003 Share Posted June 16, 2003 Well, not sure if i wanna change the stocks..... even better news JTF, i'm workin on a beta for the weps!!!!!!!! u will play with sooner than u think and non sd, yes. technical specs, as far as i know, its a pretty new rifle, i beileve this has the sopmods block 2 on it, with the free floating RIS rails.as far as how far it can shhot, the recoil, etc, i have no idea. I´m thinking about a 5.56mm version for quicker engagements and a 6.8x45mm for the little more ´special purposes´ then. Anyway, really cool guns, even if it´s based on the Stoner´s. If you are then there is no point whatsoever in me releasing mine,competition's is a good thing,don't get me wrong,but the similarities are just too close,and I just cant see the point in having 2 mods that offer the same stuffI'd hate to think that folks will say oh another M4 mod,and not bother at all.I was under the impression that your weapons were all part of the Afghanistan mod!. If you are nearer release than me,which you probably are cause I have no kit files made up yet,and I work all day then I will postpone my M4 stuff indefinately,and only make it for requests,and not public release Quote Link to post Share on other sites

And thanks for making those corrections. much better with the new stock (and angled scope knob ). ok, so now i've got another request could you make an un-sd version with the bipod folded? ok, so i'm a bit (what! only a bit!) of a perfectionist, but when i get around to making you some skins, you can be as picky as you want. i promise. i'll look forward to getting that beta. Man, i can't wait to play it. it's gonna rock! i'm done exams on thursday so i should have about a week free after that!again thaks for makin that weap! @Argyll: these weaps are not for an "m4 mod" they are for the Afghanistan total conversion. I AINT TRYIN TO COMPETE WITH ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! do ur thinhg man, dont let anyone whose releasin a mod similar to urs stop u, its ur stuff, and frankly, i am one to say, that i will stand in line to dl it. And as far as my mod, i still have quit a few more chrs to make, and... MAPS!!!! which , from what i hear are time consuming. Please dont let my mod stop u from releasin ur stuff m8, it deserves to be released. and yea, the SPR is for the Ghany mod, JTF is on the "Dev" team for the Ghany mod, and i needed more sr's, what better than a SPR I'll talk to ya on MSN later M8.
