I found this US Army Medevac footage from the Vietnam War on the US National Archive site.
Dropbox Link
Initially it was over 30 minutes of raw footage without sound. I have edited it down to about 12 1/2 minutes added some sound effects, radio chatter and music.
I poked around a bit and made contact with the soldier who actually took the footage, 1LT Roger Hawkins. He was very forthcoming with me.

The Dropbox link  has a player or the option to play in Windows Media Player. The Dropbox player is passable but degrades the footage somewhat,
as if it hasn't already been degraded over the years. The raw footage was taken with a 16mm Bell and Howell "Filmo" which had to be manually wound to operate. The Filmo was the work horse for US Army photographers during the Vietnam War.
