Abbadon21 Posted June 12, 2003 Share Posted June 12, 2003 We are Marine Force Recon and our insignia is ||MFR|| We got 4th place in TCZ's Valentines Tournament and won a free server and game from UBI. We mainly play on 3 different servers, The best and most used is the Battailion Command IT server. This server has the most innovative and accurate stats system in the GR world. This system has been tuned for the last 6 months and is now a great way to see how you are doing and compare your self to the other 11,000+ players. The Stats website URL is shown at the beginning of every game. Goto our website at: http://www.marineforcerecon.net for the IP address's. We mostly play sar because it requires team work and strategy. We are the Admins for most the IP's listed on our site also. The BC IT server is almost always full at 18 players. The SAR game has created an entire community around it because of the teamwork required. SAR tournaments and ladders will soon be starting. We started out listing the servers on UBI but quickly had so many people direct connecting that we took them off UBI and now they stay full through direct connects. We also have alot of other cool stuff on our website. You should check out the IT server. It's alot of fun. We even started using Kid Buster on some of the servers but I just read about it being bypassed so I'm not sure if it will stay. Thats a Fallacy. "KB" is alive and Well. There is a Version 2.0.0.11 Coming out that will Incorporate the NO - CD Cracked .Exes out that are out there and that is the only Vulnerability so far. There were some possible Issues about the Proggy having a Trojan but that was an Issue between an Older Version of an Installer and Norton AntiVirus / Not a Trojan at all. That Issue has also been Dealt with by the =2L= Team and the Version 2.0.0.10 "KB" is rock Solid except for the Inclusion of the Regularly Named - But Cracked - .Exes currently out there. That is Imminent as I've chatted w/ =2L='s Subdino RE : These Issues and others... No worries Bro - We STILL have 'Em on the Run so standby for a Version 2.0.0.11 "KB" within the next Week or so. I will be looking forward to the new version. And thanx to subdino and everyone else who is taking action against cheaters. We recently divided our stats into certified and uncertified stats... certified for stats coming from servers with KB and uncertified for servers without it. That stats site is www.battalioncommand.com but that's not our site... We did help with it and do know and work with the owner. Our servers stats are done by that site. You should play a few games before you go there so that when you sign up you already have some stats. They are done by weekly avg's so that new players with only 50 games can compete in the stats with the people like me that have about 1,500 games played. Thanks again for the info... Just join TF's Server and then join TF's Teams speak server. Once on the servers, pick a team (red or blue) and them join that channel on team speak. Now everyone who plays on the server is on team speak working as a team. This adds a great element to the game and gives everyone a chance work as a team. The IP on the website is wrong right now, but I will fix it later. Goto our website for details... most the details are in the forum now but I will put a page up tommorow with all the details. We have worked out most of the bugs but are still working on the max players... Currently 14 is the max without any lag. This server also reports stats and has KB on most the time. We played it last night with no restrictions and 20 people and had zero lag. All this while have about 16 people on Team Speak. It runs very smooth now. We will post the new IP on the website tonight.
