MrMoon
Ive seen a thread for this map, it sounds interesting but I have been unable to locate it. Anyone have a copy?

wombat50
TrafficJamb.zip https://www.mediafire.com/?3bweyamornb9yxd I read the thread but it doesn't sound receptive to scripted missions but maybe a way can be had.
MrMoon
Thanks wombat yeah I was curious as to how the author went about it, but turns out the layout and overall quality wouldn't be suitable for what I had in mind anyway. Couldn't really complain as its nice for the guys first map and I have no clue on the subject. I was fantasizing about recreating the traffic jam gunfight from gr fs but the layout just wouldn't be suitable. Also considering the other 15 maps I have selected have a great amount of detail and polish using this one would feel a bit jarring in the middle of a campaign. Thanks again though man
wombat50
Read the thread about the map and it surely is a good first attempt but needs some work specifically what Sleeper pointed out. If I had a working copy of 3DSmax I think I'd get discouraged pretty quick as it would be tough for me to learn.
MrMoon
Indeed I didn't mean to slate the map in my last post, sorry if that's how it came across. As I said it is especially good for a first map but the layout is an open freeway as opposed to a closed of city street which is what I was hoping for its still a nice map and I thank you again for digging it up for me. Ive recently gotten 3ds max 5 to work on windows 7 and you are correct it is tough to learn the only other experiance Ive hade with this sort of thing is the o2 model editor for ofp which has way fewer options and is far more simple to use. But map making is not my intention otherwise I might have a go at making this map mission scriptable.
