Help find final nVidia card for my IP35PRO board

I want to make one final update to this board since I maxed my memory and switched to 64-bit.

what FINAL nVidia video card should I get so I can play max settings on my Dell UltraSharp 2407FPW-HC (1920 x 1200)?

budget is determined by the bottleneck...sorry, should have indicated that in the beginning.

no point paying $300+ if bottleneck starts at $200

currently on the hunt for a Core 2 Quad Q6600 Kentsfield in eBay.

running around $50. Its seems my CPU is the cause of the bottleneck.

plus, with MSI Afterburner, I can further OC my card, maybe faster than the GTX 460...maybe
