RELEASE DATE ALONG WITH COLLECTOR’S EDITIONS DETAILS

LONDON, UK — April 29, 2013 —
Today, Ubisoft announced that its highly anticipated title
Watch_Dogs will hit store shelves in the UK on November 22, 2013 on PlayStation^®3, Xbox 360^® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, the
WiiU™ system from Nintendo and Windows PC, as well as at the launch
of PlayStation^®4.
The game is also planned for other next generation consoles.

Players will be able to choose from a selection of four different editions, offering a variety of digital
and physical content allowing for a deeper immersion in the
Watch_Dogs universe: the Dedsec Edition; the Vigilante Edition; the
Uplay Exclusive Edition and the Special Edition.

In
Watch_Dogs, players will assume the role of Aiden Pearce, a

the game sounds great by all accounts, something a bit different, but lets just hope Ubi doesn't get too trigger happy and make a dead end franchise out of it.

It is hard for me to get excited about anything with Ubisoft stamped on it but hey I'll give it a chance.

I like the idea, but it seems like a pretty blatant copy of the TV series Person of Interest. And not just the concept - a lot of the visual elements in the game are very similar to those in the series as well.
