firefly2442 0 Posted June 10, 2003 Share Posted June 10, 2003 Well, Alienware must be selling like hotcakes because I called them yesterday (I was wondering how much longer, it's been 3 weeks already), to see what the deal was. They ran out of the motherboard I'm going to get so it will take another 10 days to get the new supply plus time to build it..... sigh.... I want my computer. I didn't buy an Alienware but, I built my new rig myself and I fried my motherboard and processor within a few hours of finishing the build. Well, it took about a month before I got it running, and the anticiaption was killing me. I avoided going into the basement because I saw it sitting there lol. On the afternoon it should have been delivered I got a call saying that mine was one of the ones not sent for despatch that day. This was a Friday, I had to wait the WHOLE FREAKIN' WEEKEND. It took 3 days of after work fun and games to get it all set up as I wanted (4 hours a night). Still not as bad as a CD I bought of Amazon, took a month. Pesky independant record labels...
